Kendra’s Day Out

It is finally Saturday. Kendra finished her homework after school Friday and has also made the honor roll. Quinn gives her a little money and tells her to do whatever she wants for the afternoon.

She stops by City Hall first to drop of some permission slips and get some extra credit.

After dropping the slips off, Kendra has the urge to meet some new people, being the friendly kid she is. She decides to ignore the warnings she’s grown up hearing and talks to a few strangers on the City Hall steps. After all, what could they do to her in such a public place? First, she talks to Bob, then she talks to Gunther, thoroughly enjoying herself all the while.

Kendra notices a playground across the street at the park and excuses herself from Gunther’s rambles about the price of movie tickets, we presume, heading straight for the swings, where she spends the next 2 hours of her afternoon.

After getting her fill of the swing set, Kendra has the wish to go fishing, and fishes until she catches a minnow.

She suddenly realizes how late it is and races home before her curfew. As she sits in the living room cuddling her bear, Lilly, she realizes she never spent a penny of the money Quinn gave her.

She decided then to save up for a dollhouse.

This is excellent, as usually! Your blog truly has quality – the pictures are awesome, just like the storytelling ^^ Cool that she made the honor roll, my sim kids have never succeeded with that! O_O I guess my sims haven’t been determined enough…

  I must admit, I do tell her to do her homework. I don’t want her to grow up with bad traits. I already have in mind the traits I want her to have… ones that have already become apparent in her personality.

Hey annie, if she does grow up with bad traits, you can use a cheat to change it. You may not think it’s right to do, but sometimes things don’t work out right for a story and you gotta do it.

If you don’t know it already it is: control+shift+c

testingcheatsenabled true

then right click (or shift click, I forgot) and you’ll get an option to choose traits on any sim, or make them grow up

We need more! XD That’s the only thing I don’t like about blogs. Sometimes, they’re short, and then you have to wait for the next entry! I’m the kind of person that likes to read about a hundred pages out of a book in a single sitting.

Sorry guys! I have been working 7 days a week these past 2 weeks (3 people quit at once). I barely had free time to eat and sleep. We’ve got some new people hired and trained, so I’m back now! The girls will be picking back up tomorrow, hopefully!
